Today to explore new music on this Nasty Tuesday we just drive a couple of hours east of Geneva to arrive in Solothurn where our discovery of the week comes from.

Daniel Meister is a talented Swiss-german singer and songwriter that has recently released his debut album “Out on a Limb” on GooseBomb records.

The song we have picked: “Cloudrunner” could feature as well on our Acoustic Wednesday, as it’s an acoustic guitar led ballad that reminds us both of Badly Drawn Boy and Frank Turner. We highly recommend to listen to the full album to discover a more experimental and introspective side of this artist who likes to change the gravity of guitars (lap-steel style) and to whom we wish all the best for his musical career!
