Hello Survivors!

Are you in the trenches or are you enjoying the sun on the beach? For those that are fighting like us we have a very packed week to help us survive this summer week!

We will be DJing @The Great Escape Pub in Lausanne on Thursday and Saturday (August 8th and 10th). Don’t miss out this unique double date event to listen to some good old indie rock tunes while sipping a nice cold beer on the pub terrasse or tasting one of their delicious burgers!

To kick-off the week in style we go for another duo that is rocking our summer: Deap Vally! The band members are 2 ladies from LA, California: Lindsey Troy (vocals and guitar) and Julie Edwards on the drums.

The song we picked is call “Baby I call Hell” extracted from their debut album “Sistrionix” released at the end of June under Island Records. A “Must-listen-to” record filled with raucous rock’n’roll that reminds us of other great duos of the recent times: The White Stripes or The Black Keys.
