Today for Fuckin Monday I take a risk, as I share a band that has played a major role for indie rock in the past 15 years band but in the recent years through a couple of polarizing albums has lost some appeal among indie rockers, we are talking about Placebo obviously.

Brian Molko and co. have recently released their 7th album called “Loud Like Love” and I have to admit that I might have fallen in love with their single “Too Many Friends” (even though I’m still puzzled about the opening verse “My Computer thinks I’m gay“).

I know many of you used to listen to Placebo in the past, this new song it’s a good opportunity to re-discover their first master-pieces: “Placebo” from 1996, and “Without You I’m Nothing” from 1998.
