Paléo Festival Nyon is starting in a week’s time, needless to say that I am beyond excitement! This year Paléo is on its 40th edition and as a big present to its fans and to itself one day has been added so that the festival will start on Monday 20th July and last seven days until Sunday 26th July. 7 days filled with music, fun, art, food and a lot more. The programme, as every year has something for all tastes, from big stars like Robbie Williams, Sting and Kings Of Leon to new Swiss discoveries like Duck Duck Grey Duck. There will be also room for laughter with some comedians.
This year Paléo did a special partnership with Musée de l’Elysée, an amazing photography museum in Lausanne, which turned 30 this year. They teamed up to celebrate their respective birthdays and Paléo will host the photography exhibition Un autre regard sur Paléo which includes pictures taken by five photographers selected by the Museum at last year’s festival.
The “Village du Monde” this year will take you through the culture, music and food of the Far East. So if the furthest you’ll go it’s actually Nyon take the chance to travel through the “Village du Monde”, it’ll take you far away with mind and senses.
What more to say?! Well, I can’t wait for another Paléo adventure and this time is just gonna be a little bit longer 😉
